We currently ship original paintings and prints within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
If you are wanting to purchase from outside Australia, please email me at info@fleurincolour.com I will happily provide a customised quote for international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are carefully packaged and prepared for shipping within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or to remote areas.
Shipping Costs

Packaging
All original paintings are professionally packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. We take great care to protect your artwork during transit.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If your order appears lost in transit, please contact info@fleurincolour.com and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
